Angtuo Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. ("we") operates the OntoX-AI website (ontoxai.com). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

We collect only the information necessary for the feature you use: business registration — company name, company identifier, administrator account, password, contact name, and optionally an email address and phone number; contact and inquiry — the name, company, contact details and message you submit through forms, and the content of online consultations; service operation — logs such as access time, network address and browser identifier.
How We Use Information
Collected information is used to create and maintain your account, respond to your inquiries and business needs, and keep the service secure and stable. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated purposes.
Storage and Protection
Personal information is stored on servers located within mainland China, encrypted in transit via HTTPS, with tiered access controls; related logs are retained for at least six months. In the event of a personal information breach, we will activate our contingency plan and notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
Third-Party Processing
Online consultations are processed by a commissioned large-model service; payments for paid orders are handled by third-party payment institutions, and we do not collect or store your bank account details. Except for the above and as otherwise required by law, we do not provide your personal information to third parties.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or account cancellation, by emailing contact@ontoxai.com. We will respond within fifteen working days unless otherwise provided by law.
Complaints and Reporting
If you find illegal or harmful content, or wish to complain about our handling of personal information, email support@ontoxai.com. Dedicated staff will handle it and follow up with you.
Protection of Minors
This platform serves enterprises, sole proprietors and other business entities, and is not directed at minors. Persons under the age of 18 must not register for or use this platform; if a guardian discovers a minor using the platform, they may email support@ontoxai.com and we will promptly close the account and delete the minor's personal information. Where processing of a minor's personal information is genuinely necessary for the service and consented to by the guardian, we process it only to the minimum extent necessary and under stricter safeguards.
