Terms of Service & AI-Generated Content

These Terms apply to all services provided by Anto (Wuhan) Technology Co., Ltd. on the OntoX-AI platform (ontoxai.com), including the one-sentence capability portal, agent generation, site building, data chat, report generation and other generative features. By registering for or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the Service
The platform's generative capabilities are implemented by calling a large language model service that has completed national filing (Zhipu ChatGLM series, filing number Beijing-ChatGLM-20230821); the platform does not develop its own foundation model. Services include intent classification, plan generation, delivery of digital artifacts (agents, websites, charts, pipelines, knowledge bases, reports) and the accompanying management interface.
AI-Generated Content Notice
Classification results, generated plans, agent configurations, websites, charts and reports presented by the platform are generated by artificial intelligence and carry an "AI-generated" notice where they are displayed. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; please verify it before making important decisions. The platform advises you not to rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for professional advice or decisions.
Ownership of Generated Artifacts
Content you input (including requirement descriptions, data and materials) remains yours; you warrant that you hold lawful rights to it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. For artifacts generated by the platform, you may use and dispose of them to the extent permitted by law; where an artifact incorporates third-party materials or others' work, obtain the corresponding authorization before use.
Your Obligations
You must not use the platform to input or generate content prohibited by laws and regulations, infringe others' intellectual property, personal information rights or trade secrets, or use the service for illegal activities. If you find generated content that is illegal or harmful, stop using it and report it via support@ontoxai.com.
Limitation of Liability
AI-generated content is for reference only; the platform makes no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the platform's aggregate liability for defects in the service is limited to the fees you actually paid for the affected service.
Minors
The platform serves enterprises and business entities and is not open to persons under 18; see the "Protection of Minors" section of the Privacy Policy for the handling of their personal information.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a competent people's court.
AI-Generated Content Labeling
AI services provided by this platform (smart Q&A, one-click generation, etc.) label their generated content in accordance with the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content: text content is prominently labeled "AI-generated" in the user interface; generated files such as images carry implicit labels in file metadata. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice; verify important decisions with human review.
